As such, we are proud to offer you payment options and fee schedules that reflect the quality of care and service we provide while also making your treatment plan financially comfortable - allowing you to immediately begin your journey towards a perfect smile.
Knowing that your dental treatment plan is an excellent investment in your overall health, Dr. Duque believes that financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining dental services. Being sensitive to the fact that clients have different needs, we offer the following payment options.
Cash
Credit Card - We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
CareCredit - If your insurance doesn’t cover all the costs for the procedure you want and need, where can you turn? CareCredit, a GE Money Company, gives you convenient payment options so you can get the procedure you want, when you want it. Insurance Plans - We accept, and are providers with, a number of leading insurance companies and PPO plans. Please contact us for more information regarding whether we are an approved provider with your dental insurance company. Please note that we do not participate in any HMO plans.
As a Courtesy - We are happy to process any insurance claim as a service to you. Through insurance verification, we obtain a breakdown of your plan benefits and, at no additional cost, we will gladly explain how your plan works and how you can use the benefits in our office.
Clients are reminded that their insurance policy is a contract between them and their insurance company, and not between the insurance company and this office. Our office can make no guarantee of any estimated coverage and clients need to realize they are ultimately responsible for any outstanding balances not covered by their insurance provider.
