Dental Arts is a practice committed to delivering outstanding dental service within a pleasant, professional and state-of-the-art environment.  As such, we are proud to offer you a fee schedule that reflects the quality of care and services we provide to our clients while also making your treatment plan financially comfortable and allowing you to begin your journey towards a perfect smile immediately.

Knowing that your dental treatment plan is an excellent investment in your overall health, Dr. Duque believes that financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining dental services.  Being sensitive to the fact that clients have different needs, we offer the following payment options.

Cash

Credit Cards - We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Insurance - We accept and are providers with a number of leading insurance companies and PPO plans.  Please contact us for more information regarding whether we are an approved provider with your dental insurance company.  Please note that we do not participate in any HMO plans.    

As a Courtesy - We are happy to process any insurance claim as a service to you.  Through insurance verification, we obtain a breakdown of your plan benefits and, at no additional cost, we will gladly explain how your plan works and how you can use the benefits in our office. 

Clients are reminded that their insurance policy is a contract between them and their insurance company, and not between the insurance company and this office.  The office can make no guarantee of any estimated coverage and clients need to realize they are ultimately responsible for any outstanding balances not covered by their insurance provider.
